I’m enjoying the newsletter Just One Thing. Today’s passage starts out “We evolved to be afraid”.
I loved it. I almost updated my status with the title of this blog, but then thought it might make a better twitter sized blog post. Yes, the title is the blog post (and the body is just the background).
Would love to hear what type of thoughts or feelings the title of this blog brings up to you.
For me its calming and grips me deeply without really any explanation. Just a deep feeling that perhaps my deepest fears are nothing but just fantums in my head.
